宿泊 Stay　Guidance of our co-living space

Our co-living space provides facilities and services for long term stay.

So that, minimum 1 week stay is required.

Accommodation fee per person including tax

< Monthly (Fixed-Term Rental Housing Contract) >

*1　Applies to repeat purchases within one year
*2　20% off for those under 26 (conditions apply, such as posting on social media)
*3　The final month's rent can be prorated (first month's rent divided by 28 days).

< Weekly >

*No charge for children under 3 years old who do not need bedding.

*Peak season charged 20% addtional : (2026)20th Mar. - 31st Mar. / 25th Apr. - 10th May. / 18th Jul. - 27th Sep.

＜House Rules -Everyone that lives in or stays in the premises must follow the House Rules.＞

You must respect each other and try to keep shared-spaces neat and tidy.
Determine what the household chores are and agree on a cleaning schedules among other housemates/guests.
Depending on your convenience and preference, claim at least 3 different household chores to do every week (ex. taking out the trash, floor cleaning, etc. ) and participate in weekly tasks (ex: painting, mowing, etc. )

＜Cancellation rule＞

15 days or more in advance (1 month or more in advance for monthly plan): 100% refund

14-4 days before in advance : 80% refund

3-2 days before in advance : 50% refund.

The day of : no refund

In the case of an extended stay, we will charge the amount of additional 'nights' you stay as mentioned in brackets above (refer to pricing list).
As a general rule, short-term stay (less than 7 nights) is not allowed, but for special circumstances (ex. visiting by a friend of the resident), a short-term stay will be charged 30% addtional with each rate.
